We traveled among the Antarctic animals in February.  All the babies of all species were already born. The adults and teenagers were in varying stages of moulting.  This is a yearly event and it takes a lot of energy.  They are more lethargic and slow moving.  However their appearance was very funny.

In February in Antarctic, penguins were in varying stages of moulting.  This was a funny image.  It was almost like the moulting penguin had to explain his unkempt look.
