Antarctica – Happy Penguin

King Penguins are found generally in Subantarctic islands and peninsulas ; they prefer beaches and valleys of level ground or gentle slopes, ...In 2018, when we did our first landing, they were numbering over 200,000.  The calls were piercing, an unending chorus of whistling sounds, peeps and screeches.  Yet young babies can find their parent by recognizing their individual call.
