Long Beach, Tofino, BC

Rain is always expected when visiting the western coastline of Vancouver Island.  Back in the days when Pierre surfed here, we would camp on the beach, grab an oyster burger from the local stop and go look for the best breaks.  Long Beach with the pounding waves was always a favorite. He would surf while I walked the long stretches of beach often in the wet, windy cold.
